01 — Data controller

Pattaya Moments is responsible for processing the personal data we receive for our own concierge service.

02 — Information that may be processed

The current form processes your choice of service, date, location, package, supplier budget and description locally in your browser. It does not send the information to us. When you copy the text, it is placed on your device's clipboard, and you decide whether and where to share it.

If you subsequently contact us or enter into an agreement, we may receive information relevant to your enquiry: name, email, telephone, assignment details, arrival information, hotel or property information, product preferences, sizes, access information and correspondence. Relevant payment references and billing information may be involved when a payment or invoice is processed.

When the page loads, the hosting service and Google Fonts receive the technical information your browser sends to retrieve the page and fonts, including your IP address and browser information. No analytics or marketing tools have been added to the website code.

03 — Purposes

Information we receive is used as necessary to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, carry out agreed concierge work, communicate with you and coordinate requests you have authorised. It may also be used to administer our own service fees, accounting, legal obligations, security and fraud prevention.

Processing must have a relevant legal basis, such as preparing or performing a contract, a legal obligation, a legitimate interest balanced against your rights, or your consent where required.

04 — Passports, driving licences and other identification

If an external supplier requires identification, the preferred approach is for you to send the documents directly to that supplier. Do not include passports or driving licences in the website enquiry text.

If you specifically ask us to help transmit documents, they are used only for the purpose you have authorised and shared only with the relevant supplier. They are protected against unnecessary access, kept only as long as reasonably necessary and securely deleted when no longer needed, unless legal retention is required.

05 — Payment information

The website has no active payment function and does not collect card details. If a payment provider is added later, card information must be handled in that provider's secure payment environment. You should not send us full card numbers or security codes.

Payment references for our service fee may be used to reconcile payments and handle refunds. Payments to an external supplier are made directly to that supplier.

06 — Sharing with third parties

Information is shared only where reasonably necessary for the purpose and where there is a valid legal basis. This may include hosting and technical service providers, accounting or legal advisers, suppliers involved in an assignment you have authorised, and authorities where required by law.

If a payment provider is added, necessary information may also be shared with it to process and administer payments for our services. We do not give a supplier more information than needed for the agreed assignment.

The website is delivered through ChatGPT Sites and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Technical services may process information in other countries. Where required by law, transfers must have appropriate safeguards. Independent suppliers may be separately responsible for their own processing, for example in connection with a rental agreement.

07 — Retention

We retain personal data received only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, including completing the assignment, handling enquiries and meeting applicable accounting and legal requirements. It is then deleted or anonymised.

The enquiry function does not save your entries in the website's own database, cookies or local storage. Text you have copied or saved elsewhere is managed by you and the services you choose.

08 — Your rights

Under the rules applicable to the processing, you may have rights including access, a copy of your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by law.

You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee where Thai data protection law applies.

09 — Cookies and local storage

The website's own code does not set cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. A consent banner for such technologies is therefore not displayed.

The form text exists in the open page and is copied to the clipboard only when you choose to do so. Any necessary login and access functions of the hosting platform are handled by ChatGPT Sites. Google Fonts loads when the page opens, as described above.

10 — Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards suited to the nature and purpose of the information. These include limiting access, careful handling and deletion when information is no longer needed. No solution can guarantee complete security.

11 — Contact

If you already have an agreement with us, you can reply through the contact channel where the assignment was confirmed.
